Madame Marissa had beef with this guy because he was unreliable. She wanted to scare the shit out of him because she was sure that if he did not do things the way she wanted, he would have to be punished so that he learned to do them the way the mistress wanted. That is why she cruelly degraded as well as tortured him to make sure it all went her way.
Madame Marissa did not like how her friend had backstabbed her. She was so pissed at him that she confronted him. Madame Marissa and her friend lady Nora wanted to pump sense into this guy and they did it in a way no one had ever done it before. They loved doing it and by the time they were done with the guy, he wished that he had never pissed them off. They crushed his head and they also had him lick their dirty soles before they were done with him.
Madame Marissa and her friend wanted to punish this guy and they did it with their boots. They had to make sure that the guy learned his lesson and that he never pissed them off again. They were not going to let the guy get away with the nonsense he did and that is why they had to be cruel and ruthless to him. The pain he felt was what he needed to feel in order to learn.

The mistress chose to use her high heels to deliver the punishment and it was brutal for him. He had to endure having the heels trample his fingers and his hands painfully and cruelly. This slave was full of insults and madame Marissa had had enough. She did not like that behavior and she had warned him about it. She had given him time to change it but he was not improving. So she forced him to change it by using her boots to trample and crush him. He never messed up again after what the mistress did to him.
